NOVA LEI NA CATALUNHA TORNA MAIS DIFÍCIL A DESCARACTERIZAÇÃO ESTÉTICO-CULTURAL QUE A MESQUITA TRAZ À EUROPA
O governo da Catalunha, liderado por Artur Mas, decidiu recentemente alterar uma lei de 2009 para no seu enunciado incluir os termos «tradição» e «história» como factores «a ter em conta» na edificação de novos centros de culto. Esta alteração legal tornará mais difícil a construção de templos religiosos evangelistas e muçulmanos.
A regulação da lei suprime por outro lado a obrigação por parte das câmaras municipais de fornecer terrenos para uso religioso nos seus esquemas de planeamento urbanístico. A decisão sobre tal concessão será doravante tomada em cada localidade «de acordo com os seus quesitos».
O texto da lei, que será aprovada a 13 de Setembro, afirma que a construção de novos centros religiosos «tem de levar em conta as características arquitectónicas, culturais, tradicionais e históricas e o impacto dos elementos artísticos».
Indica também que as fachadas dos oratórios muçulmanos, por exemplo, terão de ser feitas de acordo com a arquitectura predominante no ambiente em que se insere e evitar estilos que não se adequem à História do local. No mesmo espírito, a administração local de Torroella de Montgri já vetou um projecto de mesquita no seu município porque este continha elementos árabes, que não se enquadram na tradição local.
O anterior secretário de Estado da imigração, Oriol Amorós, mostra desagrado por esta novidade, declarando que há um «excesso» de alusões à História e à Cultura... a seu ver, bastaria dizer é preciso respeitar as regras de planeamento da cidade.
Claro que um típico representante da elite reinante não podia gostar de referências históricas e culturais indígenas numa lei, a lei tem de ser igual e geral e universal... universal... universalista!, para que em todo o mundo toda a gente se vá acostumando a seguir uma lei única, independentemente das identidades e das raizes, num eventual futuro governo mundial... o povinho tem que se habituar que isso de ter em consideração a História e a Tradição é só para festivais medievais e outros entretenimentos, não é para trazer para cima da mesa quando se fala de assuntos «mais sérios»...
A nova lei também estabelece que a ocupação temporária da rua ou a concessão temporária de espaço público para celebrações religiosas deve levar em conta o «nível de sedimentação e apoio popular de cada igreja, oratório ou comunidade religiosa.» Esta parte incomoda particularmente os muçulmanos e os evangélicos, que sabem muito bem que a população indígena não os grama nem um bocadinho...
Esta sim, é uma lei verdadeiramente democrática e um exemplo a seguir em toda a Europa.

We must realize our dream of Turkland in Germanland, by our men not being afraid to approach German women, going along with their desires, taking them as wives to bear many new children for Turkland and renew the society from below for maximally 2 generations, We will lay out for them our manifold cultural offering and give them a glimpse into our intimate togetherness. We will win them for ourselves, for life.
All the important positions in society. all the leading posts, we must take over anew. We must be the best in what we do. We must function together as a people, a great collective. We must not forget that we are still the minority in Germany.
It can no longer be accepted that we are oppressed, subordinated to their wishes and ideas. Let us found a Turkish educational fund and all of us pay in a month’s wages to build Turkish schools, universities and kindergartens.
We will found a bank in Germany, a bank along Islamic lines, to maintain access to international markets and receive international donations for our struggle. We will found our own insurance companies, our own reinsurer.
We will create a better Turkland in Germanland, to show our independence to the European tribunal and assert the necessity of this development. To have our acceptance of our independence and right of self-rule recognized at a European level. This is a legitimate struggle — the naturally given rights of self-rule, self-determination, individual fulfillment and development.
Our closely settled friends will buy properties, step by step, house on house, until it becomes a precinct, until we are in control of a city. We will fill all the co-ordinating points with Turkish officials, occupy hospitals, police, military, technical emergency services and the highest political offices, like mayor — then nothing more will stand the way of the independent stage of Turkland.»
