O que nao espanta.
Já há algum tempo, que entra-se ali com uma identidade, e sai-se com outra
os balcãs são comprovadamente uma plataforma para a expansão islâmica. Localizados estratégicamente servem de campo de treinos e recrutamento para ataques na Tchetchênia, quer para futuras jihads na Europa, mas também para o crime organizado servindo de plataforma para toda a espécie de tráficos(armas, pessoas, droga)contribuindo para destabilizar as sociedades de países europeus. Por exemplo, de acordo com a PJ o assassino brasileiro que assassinou 1 policia na Amadora prestou aí "serviços militares!!" e por aí estabeleceu ligações ao crime organizado que se consubstanciavam, pelo menos, no tráfico de armas.

BANJA LUKA, Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) -- Republika Srpska Police Chief Dragomir Andan said Tuesday (10 May) that the 11 people responsible for the March 2004 terror attack on trains in Madrid may have fought in the BiH conflict years ago. Andan told a news conference in Banja Luka that intelligence information suggests foreign Islamic fighters who participated in the BiH conflict have been tied to subsequent international terrorism. Andan said at least 450 such fighters obtained BiH citizenship. Efforts are under way to locate them. (RTRS, PBS BiH, Fena, NTV Hayat - 10/05/05)

Montenegrin police arrest arms smugglers suspected of Al-Qa'idah links

Podgorica, 11 May: The Montenegrin police arrested four Montenegrin citizens, including Zoran Pavicevic, who are suspected of smuggling Strijela [shoulder-launched anti-aircraft] missiles and other weapons from Montenegro to Albania.
The Montenegrin MUP [Ministry of Internal Affairs] announced that this was an organized group of smugglers who took part in the smuggling of weapons from Montenegro into Albania in mid-December last year, when they sold three Strijela missiles to Albanians in Shkoder - Sokol Mujaj, Ilmi Isufi, Admir Trosani and Mento Cani [agency spelling].
Pavicevic and another three Montenegrin citizens are suspected of having smuggled Strijela missiles to Albania on a number of occasions and that the value of the smuggled weapons was several million euros.
In December last year the Albanian police severed the organized smuggling of weapons from Montenegro to Albania in which Pavicevic and his colleagues, in addition to Albanians from Shkoder who were arrested in the operation, took part. The four Montenegrins were arrested on the basis of operative information provided by the Albanian police.
The Strijela missiles are thought to have been intended for Al-Qa'idah which used this type of shoulder-launched missiles to down US helicopters in Iraq.
It cannot be ruled out that - if they had reached their destination - the missiles would have been used to attack civilian aircraft, terrorism and missiles experts have assessed.
