Does anyone see a pattern here? Why are we fooling around? America is immobilized with Political Correctness. PC is a national security threat. This candidate is not concerned about being political correct, but I will strive my best to be constitutionally correct.

Under the pretext of government provided security, I will not trade away:
- the right to an attorney and attorney/client privileges
- the right to a public trial by a jury of peers
- the requirement for a warrant to be issued prior to property search and seizure

Each of these constitutional rights have been eroded since 9-11, but Political Correctness has grown stronger. Grandmothers and babies are being searched at airports while those fitting the description of the perpetrators of the terrorist incidents above walk right on though if their randomly selected number excuses them from being searched.
